What progressive is

If someone were REALLY interested in defining 4 common themes in "progressives", they are (not necessarily in this order):

1) Legalize pot, tax it, and allow the legitimate free market to do it's thing with it. It would raise revenues, reduce expenditures, and create LOTS and LOTS of private sector jobs.

2) Gay people should have the SAME rights as everyone else in America.

3) Universal single payer health insurance. Not free by any means, but insurance that is funded through tax dollars. The majority also think doctors should be free to run their practices as independent businesses.

4) Women should have the ability to chose to terminate their pregnancy.

I would rather have emotions than be a cold blooded brute like you. You gun owners are very emotional about your guns, you are really emotional when you purchase them. You cherish them. The right gets very emotional about the unborn and immigration and religion and homosexuality. You were very emotional about the election and when you lost.

It's true Conservatives are a diverse group and liberals are harder to divide. Liberals pretty much fall into one category liars and thieves.
