"I've seen the neighborhood cats without their leashes". Really?! I always thought Hughsville was a nice place, but maybe I was wrong. I mean, how nice can Hughsville be when a man can actually see neighborhood cats walking around without their leashes?

That's funny about the leashes because my 2 cats are trained to walk with leashes.
