Why is it everytime Campana gets in the paper he says AT NO COST TO THE TAXPAYER. Then months later the tax payer is facing a huge bill. Mr Campana, for once just say at limited liability to the taxpayer, and then explain what the potential liability is so we can decide if we want it instead of you costing us money by your own faulty buisness practices.
