Bureaucrat hires cronies an exorbitant amount of money to show up, kick a few stones around and say "yup, roads in bad shape". This is done when every citizen, driver etc. already knows the road is deteriorated...
New Salt truck? really? Did hughesville get a new one that we are envious of? Just keep doing what you've been doing. not plow then let the Sun eventually melt off the snow and ice. save the cash or blow it on something useful

Ok, so what is there to study about the road? If you are someone who has lived here, can you not see for yourself if things are deteriorating more so now than before? Haliburton and the rest down the road getting tax breaks have plenty of $$$. Hit them up to do this, they love write-offs.
