Requiring photo i.d. is still the law of the land in PA. It just wasn't in effect this last election. It will be for the primaries this Spring.

Pointless letter. The Republican plans to try and leverage all the work they've done gerrymandering, are going nowhere, and the idea of a city seceding from a state, is every inch as stupid as the idea of a state seceding from the country.

We should redistrict the entire US using computers. So called "safe districts" for either party are BS. Voters should decide who's safe, and who goes.

The right should be careful about this change and not for what Mr. Gould states. The electoral college is used only on the presidential election. Party controls shift even in states that have gerrymandered a strong hold. The change will put them on the losing side in the future. The shift in the electoral college is based on geography not votes.

I love how the same people who said it was stupid and illegal for states to sucede from the nation, now want cities to sucede from the states. Of course, none of this talk would be happening at all if the Federal Government would just operate within the bounds of the Constitution.
