Jersey Shore needs this!!! I rent and my place is immaculate because my landlord and myself take pride in our things. I want to be a fly on the wall when they inspect the double across the street from me. The porch is falling off, windows are cracked, and its just a dump! The last person moved out within 6 months bc the lady said the furnace kept breaking and leakin an oily smell and her landlords could care less. There are plenty of nice rentals in jersey shore but then there are the ones that look like a garbage heap.
