hows come theres no PA based people managing this PENNSYLVANIA property? Pennsylvania may be getting a grant to kick off this project. the grant money will be passed on to a NEW YORK agency. thats fishy. im sure there are PA based companies that could benefit from this project. every person that has their hands in this project from this article is not a pennsylvania company. once its set up and running will the rent be paid to bath ny? no profit for williamsport. or pennsylvania. that should be taken into consideration before ANYTHING

They said it would not cost the tax payer? Where does the "Grant Money" come from? Thin air? This appears to be another dumping ground for the poor unskilled or mentally challenged that can not support themselves. Remember the deal the city and Jessie Bloom did that brought all the drug addicts to Williamsport from Philadelphia. I remember when Williamsport was a nice place to live. Tell the City Council "NO".
