More Propaganda, the Keystone Pipeline is expected to supply Gulf Coast export markets and raise Midwest oil prices.
The Keystone XL will ship Foreign Oil to Foreign Lands.

This project will enrich Texas-refineries & Texas-exporters, ONLY!! Anyone who isn't aware this oil is...and, HAS been...intended for export (to China), hasn't been paying attention!!!
This pipeline will have ZERO impact on U.S. prices-at-the-pump!
