oh goody, now when the pick ups aren't made we'll be picking up trash when the winds blow over theses new containers, keep the drop off areas intact.

I still prefer the drop-off sites. I can never remember what day the recycling trucks come and I want to get rid of it as soon as it piles up, not store it. I think single-stream is a great idea and will probably make it easier for more people to recycle. As long as they keep the dropoff sites I'm a happy camper.
