jeff... all people in govt offices should.. also congress should be limited to so many terms, then get the heck out of dodge and let new faces in. im sure they are smooching in this picture due to the overpayment of income they are about to get... i know it takes a lot to be a judge, but dang. some of these people make entirely too much money.
