I really don't think Bobbie would want to be in your company Reeder...

Funny when the left uses sarcasm about the right it is called being mean and called liars or worse.
Bobbie you can't pontificate from a higher level, you're a bottom feeder.

When one is addressing society’s sediment, one must not pontificate at a level that eliminates the targeted strata from comprehension of the subject matter.

To all future letter and comment writers, for those of us on the left, center and right who simply do not understand and lack the same superior intelligence, could you please label any further letter or comment that is sarcasm with a note that this is SARCASM. This would help those of us who do not have the superior intelligence displaced by those of you from the left and the right who post here all the time to display that superior intelligence. Thereby saving us dimwits from ridicule by this elite group when we make dumb comments. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter! Oh, and yes that was SARCASM

Tgram- you're right. There's more logic and intelligence on Cartoon Network than watching politicians lie and spin, telling you how their policies will make America better.

Are you being humorous by playing to only one side of audience? According to you guys you are not. There are a lot of people who don't understand sarcasm, especially politically aimed sarcasm. Wayne only resonnated with conservatives and badly.

Yea Wayne, some folks fail to understand humor and sarcasm when it’s obvious to the rest of us. You really should let them know when your post is humor or sarcasm. That’s sarcasm, by the way.

Rick424,"Great letter Monica, I thought it was a dumb letter also."
So, when you anwser a dumb letter with another dumb letter, the second dumb letter becomes a good letter? Is that like two wrongs make a right? I agree that the drinking game letter was silly, but that doesn't make this, just as silly response a good letter.

Aptly titled Monica. Correctly identifies your response.

Seriously...you'd pose such a question, to folks who saw one o' George Jr.'s finer-points being that of a local bar-fly?? --Shammy
Uh, so because someone was an admitted alcoholic and overcomes it they are to ridiculed for life? Is that it Shammy? How does that play in your liberal crowd? Does this mean that everyone who was ever addicted to anything is to be shunned forever? Not very inclusive, dude. Not very hip or progressive.

Yeah...a lot of us noticed that...when there were so many encouraging-words, in-support o' going into Iraq...when we already HAD one War in-process.

"In response to the childish letter by Wayne Knapp suggesting drinking games when listening to President Obama's speeches, I want to know how you could publish a letter that advocates alcohol consumption? Drinking while trying to evaluate our world leaders is only fueling hatred and clouding the real issues facing every citizen of our country." - Monica Hodges

In present day American politics, it is not a requirement that you drink, Monica, but it sure does help! I guess that's why I don't watch very much of the President's speeches, I would have to be drunk to not see that the man is CLEARLY destroying America with his policies!

Maybe a better game would include moronic LTE's in the mix. Get over it and put your big girl panties on.

The letter did not advocate drinking, but noted the impossibility of having to drink when listening to his speeches. (Whenever he told the truth, drink!) It was a joke.
