That 5 percent raise must be per year because who would spend a million or so to lower taxes from some assessment a mere 5 percent increase for the rest. They are counting on our stupidity. The truth would be a bitter pill but easier to swallow. Muncy's school district started the ball rolling to get more money and that is the motivation of the county. What a bunch of liars!
