While our viewpoints differ, I like your letter and I think it provides good quality information. My letter, that you were referring to, was not specific, just advice from a 'parents point of view', I can appreciate that you disagreed with it, I think from a Child Care employees point of view (and possibly a parents?) this is a well written letter, thank you for sharing it with us.
