Good one jeff, I was thinking the same thing and the taxpayer should not be footing the bill for this, it should be coming from the Act 13 money that Williamsport received.

"The project cost is estimated at $6.6. million, with 80 percent state and federal government grants"
Sounds like a good idea, just wondering why tax dollars are being used to make this happen. Why not use funds generated from the gas industry. Why is a municipality running a gas station or is this not the case?

Don't know MrShaman, but the price is low now because of the abundance of NG. As the demand goes up so does the price. Only makes sense if we start using it to fuel cars, generating electricity and heating homes it will go up.

The crazy thing is, this will raise the price of NG to the home owner over time..." - rick424

Where are the conservatives? If this were to give money to the poor they would be all over this like a ton of bricks. The crazy thing is, this will raise the price of NG to the home owner over time, boy will they start complaining then.
