That can happen in Pennsylvania. But not until there is an attitude adjustment from the old boy network that has too much influence in Harrisburg."

Yeah...especially in-light-of all the "benefits" we'd experienced, privatizing all of the functions (in Iraq/Afghanistan) we had...that the U.S. military USED to cover!!

That there should be no checks and balances for "Hair-brained" schemes and closed-door deals?
