Built a bigger prison, thats what they want and thats why this article was wrote.

That's what they want. However, they are showing how we got here. The article mentioned that we have treatment courts and supervised bail...both things that keep inmates out of jail and help protect the community from repeat offenders. However, in the last two years, the DA and the judges have denied these programs to a vast majority of petty offenders.
