Low information voters, like the author, and high dependency voters rewarded the lies and failure.

There's no need for all the hand wringing and self-examination by the GOP establishment. And there's certainly no need for this lengthy, nonsensical pile of tripe.

This letter is a prime example of what someone had pointed out earlier in the week. No longer is the Democrats target George W. Bush, it has now become the whole Republican party. They continue their blame game and Chuck is their head cheerleader. Chuck sure has a mighty thirst for the Democrat's Koolaid, doesn't he! Part of what America's issue is what this letter asks the reader to do,and that is to keep Americans divided. There won't be any worth while compromise with cheerleaders like Chuck around!

Sorry, Chuck, but the right is only viewed as bad by those who've discovered that they can vote leftist into office that will give them stuff.

"I like this letter!

The right is screwing this country." - CMReeder

That was Chucks comment on the "Irresponsible behavior" letter. Of course he sees nothing wrong with derogatory letters about right wing ideology. This letter should be titled "Clueless", as it would then aptly describe the author.

This term, "low information", has been echoing throughout most political-sites I've frequented, for the last several months. This phrase actually means something to Limbaugh/FAUX Noise fans?? Are there also instances of "middle information" & "high information"...and, who's been assigned to evaluate these classifications???

I understand that a bulk of you folks, who fall-back on such sophomoric-terminology, are not what would be considered "English Majors", but...do you actually see some kind of benefit to perpetually-broadcasting your handicap??

...Kind o' like doing whatever's "necessary" to deny "those people" the right-to-vote, correct?

Try, again. John Boehner was never a "leftist"...but, I guess you COULD call the tobacco-lobbyi$t$ buck$ (he distributed across the House floor) "stuff".

I asked the same question long ago, MBardo, without answer except more of the same. It is for that reason that I no longer read his comments. That saves me the time spent reading garbage and also the dirty feeling that follows.

"Your image is viewed as bad it is because the image you keep projecting is bad to begin with." Wrong again! The majority of American voters actually side with a conservative view. The Republican parties image is tarnished only because Republicans continue to offer up for public office those who don't have the balls to go on the offense. Playing defense only wins the game once the offense has scored a majority of points. The elitists in the party always, in recent history offer up democrat-lite candidates for the Presidential elections. At the congressional and state levels they may offer good candidates but if a candidate misspeaks the Roves and Priebus's run with their tail between their legs like a whipped dog. Republicans need to learn to control the dialog like the Dems do.

Never developed a taste, for the stuff. I'm a Thunder-"rider", myself...ever since '75 (when the Green Mountain Granary was still standing).

The Democratic Party attacks good candidates but Republicans never fight back. The Repubs must take control of the dialog, not just mouthing that they are for smaller government, less spending, less regulation, etc. They need to show why the they have the best road map to future propserity and liberty. Personally I believe the Republican party as it is today is a dying horse, unless they return to their roots and get rid of the Roves, the Bushes, the Cheneys and the like.

CMReeder,

I suggest that you google and read the story called "The Skylark's Bargain" or some may call it "wings for worms".

This is what the many of the current politicians are doing to our society. The current president is master of it.

In this case, he also has you taking feathers from the stronger that are capable and willing to find their own worm. And then you exchange them for a worm. Pretty soon everyone become dependent and are turned into a bird meal.

So, this is how the liberal mind works.

When Bush43 was president and the Democrats blocked his agenda, everything was Bush43's fault....the economy, war, loss of liberty, etc.

Now that Obama is president and Republicans are the opposition party, the lousy economy, war and loss of liberty is the fault of the GOP.

Liberal lunacy on display, folks!

I bet this will reach 100 comments by noon. Here is my take. America is changing, it has growing pains. As long as the republican party continues the old school ideology it will never win an election again. Even the party realizes this, as they are trying to re event themselves. Get a real candidate instead of those clowns during the last election, and you might just stand a chance if they stand up for their ideas instead of a base of old, white males. Make all the comments you want about the 51% of parasites, as one poster always point out, but we one and you lost. Funny how the right all of a sudden feels immigration reform is now important. And gay marriage is all of a sudden something to talk about and yes global warming does exist. Good luck guys, you will need it. Great letter by the way.

Liberal ideology is what has not fixed our economy.

Liberal ideology continues to grow the number of people on food stamps.

Liberal ideology continues to reduce the number of jobs available in our economy.

Just like the liberal policies of FDR, the liberal policies of BHO have only prolonged this nation's economic pain.

Mr Reeder, I wish you offered solutions for the whole rather than what seems like an hyper drive to snipe and complain about the right. The left won the election, OK, now its time to look at the country and improve its position and strength for its future or will it move into complain and campaign mode and forget the hard decisions for others? I suspect that in 4 years if the unemployment was still dismal, credit rating was lowered, food stamps and debts are up at record levels, you'll be just as hateful of the right and as supportive of the left, but that my opnion only.

Should we even bring up the subject of the Obama Administration arming Islamic rebels, including some affiliated with Al Qaeda.

We don't just need to look at the image. The Democrats are in charge and have been for more than 4 years. Unemployment is still high, 9 million fewer people in the workforce than when Obama took office, food prices are higher, gas prices are higher, healthcare prices are higher, more people on food stamps and welfare, illegals running around waiting for their amnesty and to top it off more than 16 TRILLION in national debt. Who is to blame? Obama thank you!

"If you keep electing conservative candidates with less than moral character that is a moral flaw within you not the left."

You mean like the Charlie Rangel's and the Jesse Jackson Jr's, or perhaps the likes of John Murtha, Ted Kennedy, Bob Menendez, Roland Burris, or Kent Conrad.

The difference is that less than moral character and activities are a badge of honor for the leaders of the left.

"Sham" & "useful" in the same sentence is the same as "liberal" & "logic". They're a contradiction in terms.

If Republicans had hoardes of lapdog mediates breathlessly waiting for talking points the same as the left does, things would be different. When the media exaggerates every foible a Republican has while playing down anything a Democrat does that would sour the opinions of the electorate, one can see why many people have incorrect views of Republicans.

Or perhaps Chuck should dial back the Kool-Aid a smidgen.
