now see, this is where they could save bucks. the nonviolent criminals could be the ones washing, servicing ( if they are qualified) changing tires or learning how to do this,, at less cost to us..just like acrman said, the company take care of their own city owned vehicles.. as much as some people get paid, they should wash their own city, govt vehicle. save some money

when i worked for the old city bus garage, now river valley transit, we took caew of all the city owned vehiclesplus all the buses.
