Why do they have to work during rush hour? Making morning commuters stop and wait 20 minutes at a time is very irritating.

$11 million and they resurfaced the road leading into South Williamsport.....and then started cutting trenches across the road for cross drainage culverts. It makes for quite the bumpy ride these days with all of the patch work....
