Looks like another way for govt and school districts to spend their newly found money! I hold no positive hope for the entities involved to do the right thing and fund their obligations with that extra cash. I'm sure there will be some new program started or expanded.

nobud, considering that the majority of the problem was caused in the fist place by the government not putting that money into the retirement accounts, I agree with you.
