I was one of those geeks in school who diagrammed sentences just for the fun of it. I haven't done that for about thirty-five years.

Buff, parse words all you want. At least now you know why people regard most libs as nothing but flim-flam artists.

Of course, I had to misspell 'general'! I try to always proofread before posting, but sometimes I don't catch typoes until after posting. Sorry!

So does yours, professor .. it should read ' generally poor grammar'..

I wasn't modifying a verb with the adverb 'generally', but using 'general' as a noun, assuming the preposition 'in', though I didn't use it in the sentence. I was also assuming 'you have' between genreal and poor. My sentence, if written out including the assumed parts, would look like this: [in]general, [you have] poor grammar, typical of about a third grade education. English can be quite complicated, but should be better mastered by one claiming higher education.

Uhhhhh, Buff,

My Word Processor says, either or will work as for the issue of "general" or "generally."

Not that I wanted to double back on you :) but I was curious.

Wayne you already are an idiot. You don't write well.

It's difficult to find much worse writing than yours. You wasted whatever money it cost for that college you attended. It's not readily apparent that you ever even graduated from Sam Houston Institute of Technology, but you most assuredly attended there. I've met many of their students, and you're a classic case, with the lousy spelling, confused and disjointed patterns with mixed verb tenses, mixed and jumbled pronoun usage, misplaced modifiers... general poor grammar, typical of about a third grade education. I imagine it took you twelve plus years to get that third grade education, right? Oh, you lack reading comprehension and critical thinking skills, too. Oops, I nearly forgot... you're a leftist, so thinking is impossible for you. I apologise for that error. Since you can't think, that means that your grammar, English usage and reading comprehension skills all stink.

Your opinion that he was "soundly" reelected just goes to show how mush the left has lowered the standards in this country, socially and economically.

That isn't what I was talking about. I was talking about your opinion that Obama was "soundly reelected," An opinion that you failed to substantiate.

Rick, good luck on the move. We have been screwing up the water downstream for years, that is why they are upgrading all of the sewer treatment plants, but yea, I know what you mean.

Yea, I have looked at it. It's pretty sweet.

Gavin, at the end of May I really don't care what they do around here. As long as it doesn't screw up the water down stream you can destroy all you want up here. OT. Have you checked out the new roku 3? Freaking awesome, even has blue tooth headphone jack in the remote and it is much faster.

Rick424,

Exxon, Shell, BP, Chevron, Conoco-Phillips, etc produce the natural gas and sell it into cross country pipelines. Distribution companies like UGI deliver it to customers. I was referring to using Act 13 funds to help offset some of the distribution systems and connecting services to the residential and business customers. Exxon et al can use their profits to drill new wells.

Buff,

Not Mitt, nor the republican party have the resources to "research" the political machine. The powers that be are global, not local, state or national. I've sparred with you and I know you are too smart for this type of debate. Surely, you must admit, that regardless of who wins a presidential election, to attempt to prove the outcome different are not in a literal scope of any entity specifically.

I'm going to write like Reeder, but from my point of view. It's going to be a stretch to write so incoherently, but here goes: Liberals is all idiots. We is concern about the left's inability to understand logic things. Is there any liberals who understand thier own heads? Somebody comment about how dumb liberals is, and there write. (Wow, it wasn't easy to dumb myself down that far! It'll take a while to recover the brain cells damaged in the attempt!)

Rick, looking at where his income is derived, I would be he is paying a higher tax rate than 80% of the taxpayers in this country.

Using the numbers as reported by the AP, he doesn't even make the Yankees starting lineup.

Now here is some other information for you Rick,

They are currently drilling a well at the entrance to our cabin out on 87, and they are planning on drilling 4 wells out by my Dad's near the Lycoming mall.

In the words of Sarah Palin (whom I actually loathe), "Drill, baby, drill!".
