I can't believe our president. What he says so eloquently and promises he does not do. For our president, What Hope and Change meant was bigger and more government for all Americans....

Chuck,

"What is Congress going to let him do?"

Now, that's funny Chuck. When has this president not done what he wants, when he wants and how he wants? Oooooops, there was this thing called "ban on weapons" which didn't pass....but hey, he has weapons protecting him and people that want re-elected.

Besides, reeder, was that the best you could do to try to defend your idiot occupant of the people's house, who did, in fact double the national debt in less than four years? So you really ARE one of the silly people!

Wayne/valves,

Went to your soucre; "In 1982, large permanent tax cuts were enacted. Moreover, these were accompanied by substantial increases in defense spending. Although reductions were made to nondefense spending, they were not of sufficient size to offset the impact on the deficit. As a result, deficits averaging $206 billion were incurred between 1983 and 1992. These unprecedented peacetime deficits increased debt held by the public from $789 billion in 1981 to $3.0 trillion (48.1 percent of GDP) in 1992."

MY source? No, your reading comprehension deficit is showing again. I copied and pasted a comment from eriklatranyi, who cited a source that another poster claimed was something made up. I was merely commenting on the irony that an easily verifiable source was said to be made up. I typed really slowly, so maybe your reading comprehension can catch up to reality.

Use an executive order, he uses them for everything else! You dont need the worthless congress to use a drone!Tell the world we "made a mistake" that will work fine for me. DRONE ASSAD thats what should be done!Find where he is and bomb him big time until he is dead. Although the rebels are probaly not any better then him. Grow some! Drone them all if thats what it takes to make them realize we are not going to put up with them any longer! Sorry, it's just the way i see it, these are savages we are talking about here. Maybe you would like to have them living next door to you?

One more thing about the precent of growth of government it did not stop after they were out of office that growth continued on. So if government is tooooooo big for all of you conservatives it was your party that did it.

You should look up the biggest government spenders sometime. Republican presidents lead the pack. Obama comes out the lowest even with the stimulus moved into his column and out of GWBs. St Ronnie was 8.7% for his first term and 4.9% for his second term. Bush I was 5.4%. Clinton was 3.2 % in his first term and 3.9% his second. GWB was 7.3% his first term and 8.1% his second. So far Obama is at 1.4%.

You want big government vote Republican.

What will our President do now that Syria has crossed his "line" ?? Big words, no action! We have idiots running our country into the ground. We give our cash, flesh and blood to countries that hate us and teach children from birth to hate us and then let them in, give them welfare, food stamps and college scholarships and then they bomb us. What nonsense. Until we lose our political and social correctness and realize that these countries and people hate us and until we destroy them they will never get the message. It's both sides,(repubs & dems) not one or the other and right now they are both losers. Whats really scary to me is that people like Pelosi and Reid actually have enough constituents to continually vote them into office, now thats Scary, and they help to run this country! We are in big trouble. Wake up and vote them out! All of them!

In case you don't realize that was St. Ronnie. Maybe you should read the text instead of looking at the numbers you don't understand.

How many Americans died unnecessarily because of this war? Thousands..

Thousands, as a result of the protraction of involvement by the "O" administration, and their lack of full withdrawal.

How much did this unneccesary war cost America? More than 1 trillion..

Unnecessary if you believed that every intelligence organization in the world was lying.

How many Iraqis are dead because of this unneccesary war? Hundreds of thousands..

Many hundreds of thousands killed as a result of being executed by their own leadership.

And yet, some people still want to support the people that caused all this needless suffering.. borders on unbelievable..

It is unbelievable that there are still those who support Saddam Hussein, even though he's dead! How and why do you support a dead man, leftist? You idiots would follow the a** occupying the Wite House to the very gates of he*l rather than give up the lies he espouses and becoming sensible.

How many wars has President Obama started? Zero..

Sure, unless you count the unauthorized foray into Libya and likely treks into Syria and wherever the next eruption occurs in Africa.

How many wars did gw bush start with falsified intelligence? One, Iraq..

Must have been pretty compelling allegedly falsified information, since Congress authorized the action almost unanimously.

How many books have been written by people that were inside the gw white house verifying the fact that the intelligence was bogus? Several..

And how many produced verifiable and believable (other than believable to idiots on the left) evidence of falsification of information? By the way, isn't that a criminal act, and where are the legal charges? Oh yeah, the authors made up the allegations to try to sell books.

Buff;

My source is the US Budget, fiscal years 1977=2012.

Have a nice day!

Here's something absolutely amazing, and very telling about the integrity of leftists. This citation of source to satisfy a leftist is met with this response:
