The river that binds us needs attention before it's too late

The first thing we need to do is keep the gas industry from sucking the life out of it and also to not allow the gas industry to cut down all of the trees at the tops of our mountains which leaves sediment to run into the tributaries and then into the river. We have been talking about this for so long but nothing is being done. One trip up Pine Creek after a hard rain and you will see the Creek chocolate brown for weeks, not the usually couple of days because of all of the sediment running into the Creek from the gas drilling sites. This State needs to wake up before it is too late for our water ways.
