That's what they're doing with the Money. At the bottom it mentions other local governments where the services that resulted in refunds are used, not where the money would be sent.

Really, some of you folks need to learn to read, or comprehend what you do read before commenting. Nowhere does it say anything about any going to Muncy. Even when they get something right & save some $$$ as in this case, all you can do is try to be as negative as possible. But in this case you just look really dumb in your attempt.

Just put the money aside because in a few months we will hear how healthcare is rising again. Im really suprised that campana didnt pay some company $212k to do a study on what the city should do with the money

If the refund came ultimately from taxpayers in Williamsport to help fund the healthcare of the city's workers, how about keeping it in the city and start a fund for the un-insured of this city? So you are telling me, my taxes go to pay your healthcare, and I can't afford it for myself, but you are going to send some of this money to Muncy? Why don't you just slap me in the face, Campana? It would have the same effect!
