70 - 80 residents is NOT a small number. Tear down 70 - 80 more homes and see where your taxes end up. 70 - 80 people not show up and vote and see who doesn't get re-elected.

A chance that 70 -80 families (any where) get to experience lower utility bills and helping them rely less on taxpayer handouts.

Probably pretty close to the nail on the head Carl. That just seems to be the way things get done over here. And yes, just what we need, more street digging. Hopefully UGI will not be too invasive and will properly fix their holes. I'd like to see natural gas come down my street off of Mountain Ave. one day. I wonder if all the laterals and mains have been done on those streets. Perhaps after the gas work then maybe we'll see those streets get paved - it's a start maybe.

Jeez, wonder if this has anything to do with the borough administrator and a sitting Councilman both living on one of these streets?

Good ideas. Now some of the residences will be able to experience lower utility bills.

Oh and I am sure that Donna Lambert will write in a few letters about the streets being torn up. But we ask her in advance for patience and long-suffering for the good of her neighbors.
