Does this Drug testing include All school officials, administrator, teacher's, staff, and students..?

If not... why not..? Isn't it a goal to keep Schools a Drug Free Zone.

Actually, radioactive, you are only correct on one point. Drug tests are not required for hire. They however required for a workmans comp claim.
