It should be fairly-obvious, that...students, who participate in extracurricular activities or getting parking permits, are MUCH-more likely to succumb to the world o' drugs, prostitution and anti-social behavior (in-general), than the rest o' the student-body...and, their parents are (obviously/automatically) incapable of doing THEIR jobs. I'm guessing this is (also) some kind of exercise to teach these (tested) students how to avoid living in (what "conservatives" describe, as) a "nanny"-state...somehow.

The policy requires students participating in extra-curricular activities to submit to random drug tests.

No.....these tests do not check for pregnancy, genetic traits, hormone levels, CBC, etc ad nauseum. The lab tests only for adulterants, specimen validity and specified drugs.

A prospective football player must submit to a physical exam, but he shouldn't be tested for drugs?

Ahhh, "turn your head and cough" with a doc's hand on your scrotum is much more invasive than privately peeing in a cup.

Does this Drug testing include All school officials, administrator, teacher's, staff, and students..?

If not... why not..? Isn't it a goal to keep Schools a Drug Free Zone.

it does not include school staff, administration, school board members, etc - and when a coach approaches the school board requesting a student be drug tested because the coach is suspicious and the coach told no - not once but twice - then something needs to be looked at - why have the policy if it's not going to adhered to without bias? and why not all students - not just the ones involved in extracuricular activities?
