We can say thank you yet again to the supporters of the failed drug rehab starting in the late 1980's. All that it did was to introduce drug users/dealers from areas such as Philly, to an area ripe for the picking.

( No City Is No Longer Safe In Lycoming County. Why ? Because More And More People Come Here From Bigger Cities With Their "Drug Trafficking" Every Other Day You Read About All The Shootings Taking Place Rather It Be Montoursville, Williamsport. One Never Thinks It's Going To Happen In Their City, Wake Up! For Others That Don't Reside Here Bring Nothing But Trouble And Grief To Residents That Reside Here All Their Lives. We Can't Allow Our Freedoms In Our Cities To Get Taken Over By Individuals That Have No Respect For Human Life. More Importantly, Let Freedom Ring!

I'm willing to bet it was a crazed love triangle spawning from some Craigslist organized meeting in the Men's bathrooms at Indian Park. :/ Montoursville.... pssh.

I am so TIRED of all the doublespeak that we have to deal with in our news reporting. SG is just like every other news source, NOT naming names, NOT saying the REAL reason for the incidents. It must stop.

When it's drug-involved just say so! When the names of the folks involved are known, just put them out there. As mentioned in other posts, locals or otherwise, these folks are ruining our communities. Put them in jail or at a minimum ship 'em back to Philly and NYC where they belong!

I would have laughed at this if it wasn't so pathetic. Let me guess - druggie loser living with his Mom or Aunt, bailing when the crap hits the fan, leaving her to deal with two thugs from Philly. All of this during the middle of a work day.

@wintergirl108 - don't forget, the drug dealers come here because they have a target rich environment. If we didn't have so many people using drugs, they'd go somewhere else. It's a two way street. Again, pathetic.

@Shirly - agreed.

"We believe they are from Philadelphia and frequent Williamsport," They know this how? Do they know who the suspects are and if they do why have they not arrested them or put their name in the paper. Assuming this is assuming every black male is from Philly and commits crimes. That is stereotyping, and to do that is like saying "all cops do all day is sit and eat doughnuts and drink coffee" Way to go to stereotype! If you do not know who theses criminals are you should not assume anything at all. If you do know who they are then I expect to see in the paper where they have been arrested.
