Of all the problems to complain about, we're finding a clock as a big issue these days? REALLY?

Shame on you CaveFelem, dogs and cats have built in feeding times and to have them sit around waiting for vittles should be a chargeable offense.

I leave my kitchen clock set to Daylight Saving Time year around. I'll have to conduct a poll with the dog and cats to see if they are bothered by this. Never gave it a thought.

Traveling east on West 4th street at the intersection of Arch street, the traffic signal on the north pole is out of sync with the hanging signals.

I notice these kind of things cause that's the way I roll.

"Have you even taken the initiative to stop in and ask if it's broken or an oversight before complaining to all the readers of the SG? BTW, not the only clock in our area that is wrong. At least that is obvious." —spike2

I could not agree more with the above quote and it is all the attention this letter needs or deserves, in my opinion.

Berton is just trying to devalue the clock. He wants to make an offer to buy it and put it in his living room.

On the other hand Carl, I do have time for these kind of people. They make me feel so much better about myself.

Another whiner that can't keep their nose out of anothers personal business. The federal law that established "daylight time" doesn't require any State or anybody to observe DST. It's a personal choice, something a dumbass can't respect. I have absolutely no time for people who cannot keep their nose out of others business. By a watch, don't look at the clock and worry about yourself instead of what others don't do to please you.

Sorry, I think that may have been my fault. A while back I had strung some cable from the clock to a pole across the street and rigged up a lightning rod on top of the clock. Then drove my DeLorean down Hastings Street and hit 88 mph just as a bolt of lightning struck the rod on top of the clock and sent the voltage through the cable and thus making contact with a lead on top of the DeLorean and thusly activating my Flux Capacitor and allowing me to return to my time in the year 2043. Of course there were some major snafus after I got back home and I wound up trapped here in 2013 once again pending finding another means to get back home.

If it's any consolation, the clock should be okay and on time in a few more months.

Maybe we should take up a collection to purchase him a watch, but it has to be one that automatically resets the time before and after daylight savings time.

I'll bet Berton blames the clock for being a hour late to every appointment.

As unsettling and irritating as this might be, there is a simple solution. Don't look at it.
