And another Republican tax and spend liberal needs more money to spend. Long term room rentals should not be taxed or the next will be as Tedeaux has posted, "closing the loophold on renters that do not pay taxes on their monthly rent checks".

By the way, hotel rates are already expensive enough in Williamsport that we don't need to start adding to them.

This tax break was intended for people that came to town and worked for extended period of time and stayed in a hotel type setting, like the oil industry here. Because these people are basically paying rent, does Mr Yaw intend on closing the loophold on renters that do not pay taxes on their monthly rent checks?
