We are still here....and you are still against progress or trying anything new! Lets not try anything or take a risk on something that could be a great thing. Lets keep williamsport in the 50s and watch the world pass us by! And people wonder why there aren't jobs here cuz it's people like you who are afraid if risks or doing something out is the box

There were many hockey fans who came to this forum in defense of the decision, telling us we were against progress.

Where are those loudmouths now?

Here's what I said in a related article 4 months ago: "There is no one here to blame but the elected officials who voted in favor of this arrangement. The Mayor, and each councilmember who voted in favor of this should chip in equally, out of their own pockets, to pay for the repairs to the field. They can consider it a lesson learned. Idiots. "

This was a poor decision from the get-go. To add on legal fees is incredible. When are the citizens of Williamsport hold their elected officials accountable??

You're FAMILIAR with such instances, from the past...or, is this ANOTHER o' those T-Bagger conspiracy-"theories"??

I'm sure the city would appreciate an interview with you.

It is surprising!! Typically, Teabaggers are ALWAYS saying things, like..."YOU KNOW WHAT'S GONNA HAPPEN, DON'T YOU??" And, then, there's always..."I GUARANTEE YOU...", after which they proceed to add to their looooong list o' predictions that never happen.

Whatta shame there's no income-potential to being a hindsight-"psychic".

It seems as if everyone but young Gabe saw this day coming down the pike. Getting in the Way Back Machine one wonders how he was allowed to get away with this fiasco in the first place. We've got to keep young Gabe on a REALLY tight leash.

Yeah, they'll collect nothing. Waste of money. At the same time, we'd be complaining that they just rolled over instead of fighting for what our city is owed.

Definite waste of money. Big time legal fees and they will end up with nothing.

So, now we're up to $54,757?

This is where the ability to collect for legal fees would help.

But I agree with most that the city will get nothing other than force the hockey team into bankruptcy.

If i was walking down the road and say an idiot as dumb as campana, i dont think i would be able to hold back and would probably take advantage of him too.
