Stop giving free tuition to foreigners and allowing those on welfare to have a free ride, drop out, free ride again, drop out, free ride again, etc. The person who roomed with the niece was on her third try at college and never got out of bed to go to class and we, the taxpayers, were footing the bill. She also received so much in food stamps that she actually sold the food she purchased to the college kids....this needs to change.

So now the students of PA's schools have to pay for the training of the natural gas industry? I wonder how much the Energy Technology Education Center cost? We all know this is state funded training ground for this parasitic industry. This is just another cost of this industry that they will not incur, the people that are losing so much will incur this cost too. Wake up people, we get nothing out of this but destruction of our state! PCT needs to wake up and stop supporting this parasitic industry!

Tuition costs at PCT are already outrageous. Now they're hiking rates again??? Gifting the city $100K doesn't sound like the college has interest in conserving spending to keep costs down. Just throw it on the backs of the students. I know a lot of young people with degrees from PCT that are underemployed and carrying a ton of school loan debt. Not a good way to start out in life.
