there really is nothing wrong with where the recycling center is that it needs to be moved just a tad farther up the way costing the city more money they dont have.. why are you people planning spending money when you dont have it? us leyman cant!! oh wait you will raise our taxes so you can afford this instead of budgeting your money a little better. hold off on all these plans so taxpayers can catch up.
