continued: Idiots STILL use the Wrong Lane to Cross North bound traffic, to head toward Jersey Shore - or proceed across 4 lanes of traffic to continue on Pine Run! - Don't tell me and the other drivers who are at risk, of how inefficient Traffic Lights are!!

IF "The ultime Route220 solution has little to do with engineering", then by all account, it must have more to do with pocket-padding! Let's get real and talk bottom-line; something the Commonwealth of PA. and PennDOT cringe at the thought. What I read, sounds like bureaucratic double-talk. "Little to do with engineering"... and in the same breath, talk about Acceleration and Deceleration lanes, J-lanes and throw in some waffelnuggets! If lowering the speed limit and traffic lights are such a bad idea, then why do they work so well in other outskirts of towns across the country? - Is there anticipation of a Super Wal-Mart or Hilton Plaza in the future? LOOK nimrods... there are Lives to protect, the solution has even LESS to do with the inefficiency of PennDot's "P__poor" track record of efficiency or padding the pocket of some greedy State and Representative! Case in Point: Heading south on 220 attempting to enter Pine Run to Sheets.

Still say that until someone of importance according to PennDOT or our elected officials dies along that section of Rt 220 nothing will be done.
