"While the EPA's restrictions and proposed new rules affecting coal-fired power plants and air pollution are unreasonable - part of President Barack Obama's attempt to wreck the coal industry - it appears the agency is not doing enough to safeguard water. It also seems that most states lack adequate water pollution standards for power plants."


How encouraging, to see the S-G employs the handicapped!!

Now, they only need to learn, that....editorials should NOT be written during bi-polar episodes.
