I can't say what's happening in other areas of Lycoming County but like I said a previous time this issue was discussed. I live in Montoursville and my mail is in the box by 11AM.

A friend from northern VA sent us a card this past Wednesday afternoon and it was in my box Friday morning. So good job USPS!

I'm sure mail from Northern VA would get in here timely. It goes from Northern VA to Harrisburg to Williamsport. The problems arise with local deliveries which go from say Montoursville to Harrisburg and then back to Williamsport. It's adding 3+ days onto local deliveries.
