Rick65 -- "YOU DON'T SEE MANY DRUG ARRESTS IN THE PAPER !!!!!!"

Really?!? Virtually every week there is a headline that says "XX Sentenced in Lycoming County Courts" and of the long list are numerous drug offenses.

(Oh, and could you and your alter-ego Saints84 turn off that pesky CAP LOCK button, please?)

arte...... drug arrests that are typically addicts and marijuana sales. there is a difference between users and dealers for profit. This is the reason addiction is a disease. treatment via Crimes Code is not effective for addiction. The Crimes Code is very effective for distribution and for profit drug businesses.

Officer Bob, if you would shut down that hole in the wall, Drug House Hotel down on the Pike you would not have half the problems you have in South Side!

spike2 -- I stand by what I wrote. Perhaps another time or forum we can discuss how to expand local law enforcement's role to address and examine the rehabilitative needs of each individual who violate state-enacted legislation.
