City to use gas impact fee revenue to fix 25 streets

And ps the streets are garbage and have been long before any gas trucks pulled in to the dump I mean Williamsport

I am not certain, but I think the county gets impact fees that gets shared with the municipalities in that county.

maybe no wells in the city, but there are plenty of gas company items polluting the city's appearance. trucks that drive the streets every day to get to their location, people that come here out of town using the streets, water withdrawl stations.... many things within the city limits, or outside of the city... not just a well.. good, glad to see something good come out of the crap.

Finally something positive that this money is being used for. Williamsport has some of the worse streets I have ever driven on.
