Googled "fraking in PA" and saw a full page of articles from left-wing resources such as Wash. Post, HuffPo, EPA, and the like. So much for the left's war on fossil fuels.

Feds sue EXXON for Polluting Pa. Drinking Water. July 24, 2013 ALLGOV

The U.S. Dept. of Justice claims XTO Energy allowed flowback fluid and waste water byproduct to REACH water supplies.

XTO Energy is accused of polluting GROUNDWATER with fracking waste from its natural gas well pad and storage facility in HUGHESVILLE, LYCOMING COUNTY, according to the lawsuit.

The case you are referring to happened in 2010 when a valve was left open that leaked 13,000 gallons of fracking waste into a tributary of the Susquehanna River. XTO has agreed to pay for that violation on July 19, 2013.
