I was under the impression that it was supposed to fix roads, bridges, & other things being directly impacted. Whatever happened to "only the areas that are impacted should get the money" I guess it's ok to just point out Phila.,& Pittsburg.

So sorry that the money is not going to the areas where the drilling is taking place to take care of the roads and to reimburse property owners for the loss of value for their homes, etc. With that kind of money they could have reduced the real estate taxes being paid by the people who have to live day to day with the terrible truck traffic, noise, pollution, etc., but no, give it to the Commissions to waste!
