It seems to me, based on testimony, that Mr. Kemp was trying to do a good deed, escorting the woman home and looking out for her well-being, while Mr. Schmitt and Mr. Updegraph acted foolishly, and actually man-handled Mr. Kemp. As a result, they got what they got. I see no crime here. Acquittal.
