You never can tell. As someone, who'd lived in a number of other states (outside Williamsport), over a 20+ year span, I think I'm actually seeing locals participating in such "risky" behavior!!!!

We still need a CHILI'S!!!

I'd like to see a good steak house, centrally located in the city, where I can get a quality prime rib cut any night of the week and not pay an arm or a leg for it.
