Any Black-person who feels they "need" to be "sanctioned" by that racist-pig, Porky Limbaugh, is nothing-more than a garden-variety opportunist. Shaman

Shaman, care to tell how Mr. Williams is wrong in his article Black Self-Sabotage?" - Capricorn1

I think Mr. Williams is a pompous A S S. I've heard him filling-in, for Porky, and...TOO-often...suggest MRS. Williams does what she's told; that she (correctly) defers to the "man" o' the house.

He's a loud-mouthed clown...just LIKE Porky Limbaugh. The ONLY difference, between him, and Porky, is...ol' Walt is attracted to the OPPOSITE-sex.

"I realize that there is a lot of hatred toward me? But, 12 disagrees so far?

There is no question that there are differences between races. And yeah, a tall white player will be better than a short white player. But to suggest that blacks are physiologically the same as whites is rubbish." - Francine

You old Archie Bunker fans are toooooooooo obvious...and, still amusing.

You DO realize script-writers were pointing-out his old-World ignorance (when he'd suggested Blacks dance, so well, because o' that "extra bone, in their foot"), right??

Phil, I understand your point, but I'm pretty sure that a few bones that were dug up in Africa doesn't mean much at all. Who's to say that next week some archaeologist won't dig up an older human skeleton in Europe or Asia." - SteelerFan

Ah, yes...when the facts FAIL to support what you (WANT to) believe...go DIRECTLY to the ol' hypotheical-"option"!!!!

No one suggested that. To-DATE...Africa's still the front-runner; establishing precedent.

The "ball's" in your "court", and...No...alien-remains don't count...no matter what The National Enquirer or NY Post tell you.

Francine, there’s a difference between race and ethnicity. You might consider that some evolved under circumstances that led to certain characteristics and others evolved under circumstances that led to other characteristics. That in no way separates them as separate races.

Snydbob,"Actually, I believe, when the human race began, the continents were all together as 1 land mass."

Oh really? The theory of Pangaea has it breaking up about 200 million years ago and the theory of evolution has even the earliest human species at about 2.5 million years. Back to pseudo-science class for you.

Phil, I understand your point, but I'm pretty sure that a few bones that were dug up in Africa doesn't mean much at all. Who's to say that next week some archaeologist won't dig up an older human skeleton in Europe or Asia. This subject can be debated ad nauseum. Personally, I believe Genesis. Good discussion though.

Actually, I believe, when the human race began, the continents were all together as 1 land mass. There was no Africa. It was just land. But, you are correct. We all came from the same place and we are all the same race.

Steelerfan, they aren’t my notions, they’re the findings of scientific research. I choose to let science be the guide to my worldview.

For what it’s worth, many Christians accept that The Garden Of Eden was/is located in Africa and that genetic research has linked all of us to a single female ancestor who lived in Africa. That fits nicely with the account in Genesis.

What's surprising? The fact that he is a conservative or the fact that he is a black educator that had the courage to take off racist blinders and speak bluntly about the true problems in the black community?" - Capricorn1

What's surprising? The fact that he is a conservative or the fact that he is a black educator that had the courage to take off racist blinders and speak bluntly about the true problems in the black community? Liberals don't like his article "Black Self-Sabotage" because it makes them face the real issues and not place everything under the racism umbrella. Until liberals address the real issues, they are only keeping the black communities from advancing in society. And what a shame, we have a black president that bangs the racist drum instead of using the opportunity to make real change.
