"Police responded over 250 times in 2 years." I bet that was either 326 Bridge st. commons or Victoria Gardens on Hepburn st. If not both together. They are owned by the same SLUM-LORD from Lewisburg.

The name of the property management company that owns the nucense properties @ Bridge st., Victoria Gardens and High st. manor is called Wolverine Land co.& Market street Investments. Trust me the Mayor knows all about these Slum-Lords and is trying to do what he can. i.e. his proposal of Tenant/Landlord Registration, for starts.

Are the proposed detailed plans published online somewhere? I'd like to read and verify what other components to the plan exist if any.

I take extreme exception the the statement about drugs being sold in rental properties. The article makes it look like ALL renters are drug dealers and ALL homeowners are saints. Not all renters do or sell drugs and not all homeowners are saints. I and my family support our local neighborhood watch and we have been instrumental in stopping drug dealing and having some slum-renters evicted from the neighborhood. And guess what....I and my family are RENTERS!

Even Philly is starting to look good after being in Williamsport so glad I was able to move away and you know with the people you have in charge it will get much worse.

Who is really at fault here? Before the multitude of government housing closed their doors, there were issues in those complexes. So the state and federal government I guess would've been responsible since they were the ones allowing these people to live there. The issues as a whole weren't dispersed into the community as a whole, however, they were kept to the complex for the most part. Maybe they should close down the rest of them. It will work wonders for everyone I'm sure, as it has already. The only people to blame are the knucklehead criminals themselves.

Matter of fact, when they apply for section 8 and any other hand out maybe they should be screened. What is a landlord going to be able to do?
