It doesnt matter which plan they choose, they will raise taxes, or charges $50 to register the tenants. Niether plan will work, giving money to people in the ghetto for a "watch group" will just he stolen and used for drugs, and no drug dealer will sign a lease they will have a friend or relative sign. The only way to get these low lifes to move away from. Our city is to attack at their roots of income, start drug testing welfare and disability reciepients, if they fail drug testing take their checks. If we do this within city limits they will leave.

Most drug busts are small potatoes street dealers, Maemae was made to be a big deal and I saw her feeble belongings. The one big bust where they actually got cars boats and money the officers were punished , this makes me wonder?

10 ways to bring down your property value "mandatory registration, most people want to live in a free society,Less government is in vogue. Mandatory registering 13,000 rentals is gonna be more administration & expensive, after it is done and taxes raised, What if we have the same problems? someone at city hall golfs with said landlord or they are afraid to cite because of a lawsuit. We have nuisance ordinance, 3 strikes rule, &code violations of 1,000$ a day. What happened to that law? Heard so much about during blighted review board days? The district attorney is the most powerful man in Lycoming county. Codes violations cant be issued? , Drug raids and fines cant happen, but the landlords now can save the day!!
