I like the idea, and would consider attending, but how much security is expected to be at this event? Given the location and the nature of the gathering, it seems as though it could be an easy target, because I'm sure not all are for the red ribbon, especially in higher crime areas. It makes me a bit fearful that people committing these crimes may look at houses with the ribbon on display as targets. It's sad to think that in today's society one cant even express themselves without fear of retaliation.

Red ribbons??? You must be joking???? Who came up with that useless hippie idea??? Maybe a drum circle will push the bad crime karma away too. This is what happens when non qualified people are left in charge. A non effective, do nothing solution that looks like you are doing somthing is better than a effective plan that is done discreetly that actually works.
