Exactly, Gavin. Melissa has attacked everyone who has a different opinion than hers. I consider some of it projection. The part about me calling her a liar is pure fantasy. Personally, I have to wonder if the anger is because she feels she is entitled to something she can't find. I can't imagine being that angry at the world.

When I am insulting everybody, I am being honest.

When everyone insults me you ate being bullies.

Typical liberal mindset.

"To Francine, why?"--MelissaBrown

++

MB, I think that someone is trying to reach out to you. In whatever manner, you will find out. Do you fear that they intend to harm you; I doubt it. I have had my spats with Francine and disagree in some areas but genuinely think that she loves and cares for others. All it takes is a quick email.

Let it be known that many love you, even though you can come across as "pressing". You and I have had our banters in the past and I think that you are a very intelligent individual, quick thinking, have a strong personality, and communicate very well.

A question that I don't want an answer for......if you were in the ocean and a lifeboat was there and a person reached into the water to grab you and pull you into the boat; would you let them or would you fight them and say no, I will swim to shore? Please no answer required just a moment of reflection.

Send the email.

One last question... Why would someone who professes to not believe in God and shows such contempt for those who do, go to any religion based charity looking for help? There are other Gov't run agencies that do offer assistance IE unemployment, welfare, snap etc. that are not affiliated with any religion. Goodnight Ms. Brown, you will be in my prayers.

Stating the TRUTH is not picking a fight,Tgrammie. Every single word I said was true. The charities here that I contacted have no funds. If you don't believe me, call around yourself.

And Mike, go ahead and tell yourself that if it makes you feel better but that doesn't make it true.

This is why I stopped writing letters and posting in this forum. You are all toxic bullies.

No, Melissa, I never called or implied you were a liar. In fact, despite the profanity and hostility directed at me and most of the others here, I've been quite nice in my responses to you. You have a great evening.

Since this area seems to be full of Christians, you would think that the coffers of every charity would be overflowing. I can tell you that the exact opposite is true. I have recently found myself in extreme, dire circumstances and for the first time in my life, I've had to ask for help. I contacted every single charity and church I could think of but no one would help me. Why? Because they had no funds. Hmmm... wonder what happened to all those generous Christians out there? In the mean time, I am preparing myself for the worst, homelessness, because I can't find a job and can't find any help. So thank you so very much all you Christians out there.

So who came here looking for a fight?

FYI, I'm drinking Weis Brand soda and Smoking Pall Mall reds.

Yes was calling me a liar and it was very judgmental. I knew of course that no matter what I replied to you, you would deny it and turn it around and pretend to be the innocent party. I should have known better than to post here. You are a bunch of hypocritical bullies. I might even go as far as to say that most, if not all, of you are trolls who love to pick fights and bully people no matter what the subject.

I'm done. Go ahead and bash me, lie about me. You will anyway. You will pretend to be innocent and act like you aren't to blame for being a bully or being judgmental. People like you never take responsibility for what you do, so why start now, huh?

Nope, that isn't calling you a liar. That was asking why you were acting so angrily towards my opinion, most of which was not directed at you but our system in general. The anger and disdain you portray is not a normal response to someone who has a different opinion than you.

I quote, "Are you feeling guilty about something?" is calling me a liar and it is bashing and mean spirited, not to mention judgmental.

Have I given to charity? Yes I have. I've donated cash, plus given clothing and various household items to different charities and I've donated food to the food bank. Satisfied now?

To Francine, why?

Melissa, I am curious to know. Before you fell upon on your currently difficult time, when you had some extra for luxuries, how much did YOU give to charitable organizations?

Oh and btw, I'm still waiting on that list of religious organizations that you contacted. Perhaps we can guide you in a direction you haven't been if you provide the places you have.

Melissa, this is your very first post on this thread:

"Since this area seems to be full of Christians, you would think that the coffers of every charity would be overflowing. I can tell you that the exact opposite is true. You came out of the gate attacking Christians and yet you expect a warm response and for us to fill YOUR coffers. You need to work on your delivery if you expect anyone to have compassion for you.

Melissa, show me where I accused you of lying. That was never said nor implied in any of my comments.

I finally found that ad that whatshername was talking about. The fact that it took me so long to find it should prove that I don't even use Craigslist much less post ads on it asking for money.

First of all, I know how to spell and use proper punctuation. That person does not. Also, I do not own a house or a car.

And I would say god bless you because there is no god and if there were, based on the bible I read, he/she/it wouldn't bless any one of you for the things you've said.

I don't even know why I bothered to comment. I've lived here my whole life and I should have known the reaction I would get by so-called chrisitans. You are the most hypocritical people I've ever met.

I have no idea what Tgrammie is drinking or smoking but I don't even see an ad on Craigslist asking for money. If there is such an ad, write to the person. It won't be me.
