Center county ccounty commissioners united with mayor and businesses and fought and won impact fees from Penn state ,We need a mayor and politicians that will fight for this town we are getting used by these boards for our city status and not being reimbursed.

Follow the money who is getting rich here?,1- The non profits need to cough up more in impact fees,(citty borrowing) 2- 70% of the low income housing(crime & costs up) is in williamsport and must be dispersed throughout the county, 3-water authority policy must be changed to hold freeloaders responsible for an uncontrollable bills, till we get a mayor with the fortitude to unite people businesses landlords county commissioners and take on these boards wiliamsport loses.
