The suggestions/ideas are on target and Substance Abuse Prevention Professionals these are known as "Environmental Strategies". SA education needs to begin in Elementary school and continue yearly using Evidence Based Prevention Programs. Reaching the 'community' is always lack of funding for media, ad campaigns, etc. In addition there is public apathy such as a Movie Theaters will not be putting Drug Prevention as part of their daily showings unless you PAY for it. Substance Abuse Prevention is poorly funded in most states and reaching the community you need people who are passionate within each community i.e. the Gate Keepers to bring the message to THEIR community in whatever medium they can access be it Church, Parents promoting in their child's after school programs, increasing funding so ALL school children hear the message beginning in Elementary through High school and Community Strategies but funding is always the stumbling block so finding creative alternatives is
