Capricorn1, several city leaders were in attendance. Mayor Campana, at least three members of city council from what I saw, county government officials, etc. It was a very engaging conversation.

Francine, you nailed it. I wonder if city leadership was present and taking notes because as you pointed out Francine, points outlined in this article are directly opposite of some of the initiatives being undertaken by local government.

Pinning social troubles on Jesse Bloom is not fair. Every other small city in PA had similar demographic shifts during the same time, and they all had different mayors.
